Welcome to Joe Your Tech Guy. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Joe Kukulka /Joe Your Tech Guy in-home and remote technical support services for families, seniors, and small business including but not limited to:
- Device setup and troubleshooting (computers, smartphones, tablets, etc.)
- Software and app installation
- Wi-Fi and network support
- Cybersecurity and privacy guidance
- Smart home device support
- Personalized tech training
Services may be scheduled by appointment and are billed at the current published rate.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services on behalf of a client. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during service.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service charge.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept payment via cash, check, or major credit/debit cards. Senior Tech Line reserves the right to withhold or discontinue services for nonpayment.
5. Limitations of Support
While we make every effort to resolve technical issues, we cannot guarantee a solution to every problem. Some older devices or software may not be repairable, compatible, or supported.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Joe Kukulka / Joe Your Tech Guy is not responsible for:
- Data loss, system failures, or hardware issues that may occur during service
- Incompatibility between devices or software
- Client misuse of technology following service
We strongly recommend regular data backups before scheduling support services.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is kept confidential and is used only for the purpose of delivering our services. We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent. See our full Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Remote Access
With your permission, our technicians may access your devices remotely. You have the right to terminate a remote session at any time. All sessions are conducted securely and with your privacy in mind.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
